I am very interested in your data as i studied the UK data myself. But I looked at the monthly data I did not have the weekly data. Is this data also on the ONS database?
Ow and 70% of the deaths are missing in the first week ( Slurink et al) to my opinion die to self selection. Maybe it is somewhat lower in the young, but you can NOT use this first week.
Comparing with the week after the vaccination: all people who now they are going to die (cancer etc) are missing. So this is a wrong comparison. It is known that about 30% of the deaths are missing in the 12 weeks after the vaccination die to this (Slurink er al) .
You should report (at least) 99 % CI interval, since you report 44 parameter estimates. Preferably, you should do this analysis with Bayesian methods.

How do you know that week 1 isn't actually week 3?
